Our History
In the year 2000, a young visionary began his journey citrus fruits in Colombia and exporting them to Ecuador. In 2015, with his family’s support, he formalized his company as an exporter and ventured into his own cultivation. Since 2018, he started exporting Tahiti lime to the U.S. and oranges to Guadeloupe. With the reopening of the US market, he shipped the first container of oranges, marking a milestone for Colombia’s citrus sector. Today, Celifrut is a leader in citrus exports, a pioneer in the degreening process, and is recognized for its quality, flexibility, and commitment to excellence and sustainability.
